Intermedia Makes Outlook For Mac
My boss recently got a Mac Air laptop and wanted me to configure his Exchange account in Outlook 2011 on it. We are running Exchange 2007 so I know this was compatible.
He has his exchange account on his iphone, and I replicated all the server settings there and put them into Outlook on the laptop. I repeatedly get Error 17997 'Mall Could Not Be Sent' as well as error 18597 'Outlook cannot connect to the Exchange' server For my server settings I have tried: All do not work. I am at my wits end here and in need of some assistance The mac is running Mac OS X 10.7.5.
