I've been using my MacBook Pro (MacBookPro11,5) for 1 year with OS X (El Capitan and Now Sierra) and Windows 10 Bootcamp. I usually spend about 75% of the time booted into Windows. At my office we have fixed network, and multiple WiFi hotspots on each of the 6 floors.
I've had no issue with the WiFi in all the time of using OS X or the latest version of Windows Windows 10 Anniversary Update (build number 10.0.14393). However since the latest got applied to Windows, the WiFi is super flaky. I get dropouts every 2 to 5 minutes, unable to even ping the default gateway for periods of time (see picture below).
I can't resolve any DNS lookups since the DNS server is also unavailable. I've sat with our network engineer whom was monitoring the coverage map of the hotspots, making sure I was in range, good signal, etc. From his perspective there is nothing wrong with how Windows (bootcamp) is connecting, and I'm authenticated with the network correctly. The ONLY change has been the application of the Wi-Fi Update for Boot Camp 6.0 and 6.1 at the same time. All dropouts have started since then. I don't use Bluetooth, but I do have the BT/WiFi collaboration enabled.
If I reboot into OS X 10.12, no problems at all on the WiFi. We've concluded that this seems to be a driver issue since the Windows 10 bootcamp since Wi-Fi Update for Boot Camp 6.1.
No one else on native Windows 10 (Surface, Thinkpad) is having issues on the same hotspots, and I'm one of the few using my Mac with Bootcamp on WiFi (most of the company uses Mac OS X so would not be using Boot Camp drivers).
